MNA’s Annual Conference is where nonprofit leaders, board members, and staff from across the state come together to learn, connect, and grow. On September 25-26 at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center—with virtual participation options during September—attendees will engage with peers, industry experts, and partners who are committed to strengthening Montana’s communities.

This year’s theme, Momentum, recognizes the force that drives nonprofits forward. It’s the steady progress of mission-driven work, the acceleration of new opportunities, and the resilience required to overcome challenges. At the 2025 Conference, we’ll explore how to harness momentum to build stronger teams, increase resilience, and create lasting change.

What is the commitment? 

We recommend staffing your booth throughout the two days of Main Conference during breaks and lunch, and you are welcome to attend sessions and meals if you like.

We will have approximately 300 folks in attendance, who will be able to interact with your booth throughout their time. Bringing swag, giveaways, or interactive materials will draw people to your booth and help make the most of your time. As an exhibitor you will also have a virtual booth for the following week’s virtual conference, which will be another way to generate leads and meet attendees.

What is the table like? 

We will have 3’x6′ tables with two chairs per booth. You can request access to power if needed.
